The LPBSB has to contend with the challenges of budget limitations, a smaller pool of clientele due primarily to language laws, and the many challenges of pedagogical work and the competition of private institutions.
English Public Institutions in the Province face unquestionably particular hurdles. The LBPSB is no exception. Yet challenges can be turned into opportunities when a desire to overcome them is present.
The language challenge
As a community, we must help the institutions that are at the forefront of our language entity by getting involved to ensure their sustainability and harmonious development within the larger French-speaking society of the Province.
General Public involvement.
It is my firm belief that a strong public involvement can be a driving force that will heighten the status of the Schools from being mere providers of instructional service to becoming the focal point of the communities it serves.
Dario’s Invitation
Each one of us has something to offer in terms of initiatives. There is a vast pool of yet untapped creativity in the General Public that must be brought into action in our Schools.
Do you have suggestions?
I wish to see your suggestions enter the corridors of the Schools. I invite you to be creative and bold with your ideas. I invite you to let your talents enter the Schools of our community.
